Nigerian actress Temi Ajibade has revealed that she and her husband, musician Mr Eazi, learned of their first pregnancy during their honeymoon in Japan and South Korea.
The 30-year-old, also known as Temi Otedola, shared the news in an exclusive interview after posting elegant maternity photographs on May 21, 2026. The couple confirmed they are expecting their baby this summer.
Temi and Mr Eazi, whose full name is Oluwatosin Ajibade, tied the knot in 2025 through three ceremonies across different countries. These included a court wedding in Monaco, a traditional Nigerian event in Dubai, and a church ceremony in Iceland.
"After wrapping up three weddings in 2025, we wanted to end the year with a two-month, digital-detoxed honeymoon, travelling across Korea and Japan," Temi explained. "That’s when we found out!"
The actress described the moment as turning their extended trip into a profound milestone. She expressed gratitude for the new chapter, noting they feel "extremely blessed" to start a family.
Public reactions on X have been largely celebratory, with fans hailing the announcement as a beautiful extension of the couple's love story. Posts from influencers and media handles praised the timing during their romantic getaway.
Temi has spoken about experiencing all-day sickness but remains focused on the joy of impending parenthood. The couple has kept the baby's gender private while already discussing names.
This development comes amid their high-profile union, which drew attention due to Temi's status as the daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola. No major controversies surround the pregnancy announcement itself. Earlier online rumours of marital issues proved unfounded.
The pair continues to enjoy support from family and fans as they prepare for this next phase.
