It started like any other Monday morning flight from Asaba to Lagos.
VDM was spotted shaking a man, then he stood up, jokingly telling Mr Jollof’s and dared him: “I go slap you now come down. Walahi, I go slap!”
What happened next has the whole internet screaming.
A sudden brawl erupted. Almost immediately, the two men were trading blows in the narrow aisle while stunned passengers reached for their phones.
Videos show Mr Jollof biting VDM hard on the chest, leaving a bloody semi-circle mark that VDM proudly displayed minutes after they were dragged off the plane.
Crew members and security rushed in, zip-tied both men and removed them before takeoff. The flight finally left almost an hour late.
The bad blood isn’t new. VDM has accused Mr Jollof of defending alleged scammers and even dragged his wife into the mess. Mr Jollof sued for defamation, won, but VDM refused to apologise.
Today, fate put them on the same United Nigeria Airlines morning flight. VDM later admitted he boarded early just to confront his rival.
