Drama erupted online on December 13, 2025, when leaked audio from a WhatsApp call between controversial singer Portable and influencer Saida Boj went viral.
Saida Boj, gearing up for her upcoming EP, reached out to Portable requesting a feature on one of her tracks.
Portable quoted a steep ₦10 million for his verse.
When Saida countered that she could only afford ₦1 million, he negotiated down to ₦8 million, insisting, "No be social media clout chase. Na serious matter. I dey with you. Give me 8 million. Comot 2 million, that 2 million na 10 percent, use am do sadaka [charity]. My verse fit change your life. I'm a big man, you understand?"
The conversation quickly turned personal.
Portable accused her of previously dragging him online, referencing their bitter 2024 beef that started after Saida's viral podcast comments on relationships.
Back then, Portable released a diss track, and Saida fired back with harsh insults about his personal life.
Now, he mocked her for "begging" for a collab despite past shade.
In a separate leaked reaction audio, Saida laughed it off, saying "E go far" and "Guy, everybody get future," seemingly brushing aside the high fee.
Fans are divided, some hail Portable for standing his ground and valuing his craft, while others call it petty drama.
One thing's clear: in Nigeria's entertainment scene, business deals often come with a side of old grudges and public spectacle.
This latest clash has social media buzzing, proving these two know how to keep the spotlight on them.
