In a moment that melted hearts, Fuji maestro King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, known as K1 De Ultimate, publicly embraced his 15-year-old son Abdulmalik during a live performance on November 27, 2025.

The touching reunion happened at an EM Reality Africa event in Lagos, Nigeria, captured live on Emiralty TV.

K1, mid-song, spotted Abdulmalik in the crowd and pulled him onstage for a warm hug, singing, "My son is finally home."

Actress Bisola Badmus, Abdulmalik's mother, watched from the front row, tears streaming as she shared joyful embraces with friends like Dayo Amusa and Faithia Williams.

The boy, strikingly resembling his father with sharp features and a shy smile, wore a simple white shirt and jeans, gripping K1's hand tightly amid cheers.

This came months after Badmus's raw September 18, 2024, interview, where she alleged K1 faded from their lives post her brain tumor diagnosis, leaving her to raise Abdulmalik alone after selling cars for meds.

She'd pleaded then: "I just want him to take care of his son." K1 initially supported but stopped responding, per her account.

Now, at 67, the legend's onstage gesture sparked hope, with colleagues like Kemi Korede posting videos of the family huddle.

Fans erupted online. "After 15 years of silence, on stage? Like he's doing her a favor," one X user vented, echoing widespread frustration.

"Women dey suffer wallahi 😭," another cried, highlighting the scandal's sting.

Yet positives flooded in: "Healing at last, God bless Abdulmalik's future," a supporter gushed.

Some question the timing, amid Badmus's health battles and losses of her parents and brother.

Others hail it as genuine reconciliation, with Amusa congratulating: "So happy for you, sis!"

Abdulmalik, now scholarship-bound for studies, beamed as K1 whispered words lost in the music's roar.

For this family, the stage lights may finally bridge old shadows, promising the support long craved.

As whispers of more private talks swirl, one thing's clear: Abdulmalik's smile says it all.
