Emeka Akumefule, better known as Blaqbonez, has finally broken his silence. The Chocolate City rapper is facing serious allegations of sexual harassment, cyberstalking, and emotional abuse from a woman using the name "Jane Doe." But according to him, it’s all a lie and a dangerous one at that.

The drama started quietly, then exploded on October 28, 2025. An anonymous petition began circulating online, accusing Blaqbonez of unwanted advances, repeated messages, and even physical intimidation. Screenshots of alleged DMs showed him pressing a woman after she rejected him. The claims were sharp: 12 missed calls in three days, eight manipulative messages, and one tense encounter in a Lekki studio.

But Blaqbonez didn’t stay quiet for long.

In a signed statement released that same day, he called the accusations “false and deeply distressing.” He didn’t just deny them, he flipped the script. “This is not defamation,” he wrote. “This is a coordinated effort by rivals to destroy my career.” His team went harder. His Head of A&R, TEN, took to X and revealed chilling details: 20 police officers allegedly stormed his Lagos concert just days earlier to stop a performance. Threats. Lies. Forced silence.

The timing? Suspicious.

Fans quickly connected the dots to a long-brewing beef with rapper Odumodublvck. The two have been trading subtle jabs all year - unfollows, lyric shades, and now, some say, full-on sabotage. One viral thread claimed Jane Doe’s lawyer has ties to Odumodublvck’s camp. Another shared old screenshots of the two rappers clashing over beats and bragging rights.

Blaqbonez says he’s been bullied for nearly a year.

Fake nudes. Hate campaigns. Concert raids. And now this. “I’ve stayed silent hoping the truth would speak,” he said. “But no more.” He’s lawyering up, countersuing for ₦500 million in damages and demanding a public apology. He even teased a diss track. “Facts over fiction,” he promised.

Jane Doe, a 28-year-old content creator, says she met Blaqbonez at a 2023 industry event. What started as flirtation turned sour when she refused to commit. The messages, she claims, became obsessive. The calls wouldn’t stop. One night in May 2024, she says he grabbed her arm in a studio and whispered threats.

Her demands are clear: an apology, ₦10 million for emotional distress, and a restraining order.

But no one knows who she really is. Her identity remains hidden behind the “Jane Doe” label. And that’s where the gossip gets thick - some say she doesn’t exist. Others swear the screenshots are doctored. X is split: #JusticeForBlaq trends with memes and loyalty. #BelieveJaneDoe pushes back with feminist fire.

Even Chocolate City released a statement: full support for their star.

The streets are buzzing. Is this a real victim finally speaking out? Or a hit job dressed as justice? One thing’s clear, Nigerian hip-hop just got messier.

Blaqbonez says he’s ready to fight in court and on wax. The diss track drops soon. And when it does, someone’s getting buried.

For now, the only truth is this: silence is over. And the industry is watching.
